Tracy serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Rich Development Enterprises, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, including two decades dedicated to the real estate industry. Her background spans asset management, development, private equity, and institutional fund environments, with a track record of leadership across both private and public sectors.

Throughout her career, Tracy has held key financial roles at respected organizations such as Adler Realty Investments, Inc., Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield, Vintage Capital Group, Blatteis & Schnur, Inc., and Storm Industries, Inc. Her progression from Controller to Senior Controller and ultimately Vice President of Accounting reflects her deep technical expertise, operational insight, and ability to guide complex financial functions with precision and integrity.

Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics, completing her studies while working full‑time—an early demonstration of the discipline and commitment that continue to define her leadership today.
