John Rich – Vice President of Operations

Prior to joining the company in 2019, Joseph’s son, John, graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Sociology, and spent two years working at CBRE, a global real estate syndicate. This experience has given him invaluable knowledge to aid him in his growth into his current role as Vice President of Operations. During his tenure at Rich Development, John has purposefully had a hand in everything from portfolio management, to leasing, to property acquisitions and sales, enabling him to learn all aspects of the business. John has become crucial to the success of each Rich Development project and is eager to grow and expand his role even more in the coming years.
